Halm, Christian & Prine, P.C. is a professional corporation providing legal services over a broad range of specialties and based upon over 90 years of combined professional experience. Established in 1998, and based at the current historical location since 2001, the firm is comprised of a diverse team of attorneys and support staff maintaining a tradition of exceptional client service, expert legal counseling and an impressive record in all phases of litigation for all State and Federal Courts in Michigan, and before many State agencies and tribunals. Our clients include individuals, partnerships, small, medium and large corporations, and civic and non-profit organizations. Our office is a converted farm house dating back to 1907. The original home of the Gilkes, then Coddington and Walters families, the building was the first in Livingston County to have electricity, and due to the convenient location was the site of the annual civic events including the annual county bull auction. Residents of Livingston County may recognize our office as the landmark home of any of the three families to have lived their prior to conversion to our office location.
